As part of our ongoing efforts to make the WORLDWIDE SYSTEM OF MEDIA AND SOCIAL LINKS credible to its users, we have developed guidelines that accompany our Terms of Use. They describe the pros and cons of using the System so that we can keep you (and your audience!) safe. Adult content

Nor are we a System that should be used to glorify perpetrators of hate, violence or discrimination.

Election fraud

Do not use the WORLDWIDE SYSTEM OF MEDIA AND SOCIAL LINKS to impede your local/national election process, which includes misleading the public about where and how to participate, or who can participate, and selling or attempting to sell your right to vote.

Illegal goods and services

Do not use the WORLDWIDE SYSTEM OF MEDIA AND SOCIAL LINKS to advertise or facilitate the sale of regulated or illegal goods or services, including (but not limited to):

• Alcohol (you can advertise the sale of alcohol with a liquor license, but you cannot sell alcohol directly through commerce links);
• Drugs;
• Weapons;

• Body parts (including bodily fluids, blood, etc.);
• Offers for adoption / surrogacy;
• counterfeits;
• embargoed goods;
• Endangered or protected species or parts of;
• Fireworks and explosives;
• Hazardous/toxic materials;
• Identification documents;
• Personal information or email lists;
• Plants, insects, regulated animals;
• Recovered Items;
• Stolen items;
• Tobacco products, including electronic cigarettes;
• Products offered through multi-level marketing schemes;
• Gambling;
• Human trafficking or prostitution.

The WORLDWIDE SYSTEM OF MEDIA AND SOCIAL LINKS must also not be used to encourage or facilitate any form of illegal activity, including the sale of illegal goods or services. Any content targeted at minors must not promote any content (including products or services) that is inappropriate or that exploits or puts undue pressure on targeted individuals.

Spam and fraud

Do not use the WORLDWIDE SYSTEM OF MEDIA AND SOCIAL LINKS to spam or mislead visitors, including links to external websites that may collect personal information under false pretenses.

Harassment

Do not use the WORLDWIDE SYSTEM OF MEDIA AND SOCIAL LINKS to target individuals with the intent to intimidate, harass, threaten or intimidate.

Extremist/terrorist content

Privacy and representation

We do not allow profiles on the System that expose other people's personally identifiable information (billing details, IDs, etc.), collect identifying information without proper legal basis (including IP addresses), or expose private media (picture-based sexual abuse, etc. ). We also do not allow profiles on the System that represent other individuals or organizations.

Misinformation

Do not use the WORLDWIDE SYSTEM OF MEDIA AND SOCIAL LINKS to post misinformation. This includes content that you know or suspect is false, inaccurate or intended to misinform others.
