The transfer request must be made via your account registration email or via the contact form.
The user to whom the communities will be transferred must have an active account and community plan at https://rede.social and https://comunidades.rede.social
To request the transfer of your community, follow the steps below:
Send us an email to [email protected] or make a request using the contact form.
In the body of the email or in the message field, state:
Community name
Your full name
Your contact telephone number
Name of new registrant
New registrant registration email
New registrant contact phone number
Transfer deadline of up to 7 business days.
